What we collect

When you create a membership we collect your email address, the domain of your Magento store, and billing details handled by our payment processor (we do not store card numbers). We also record the status of your license so the extension can confirm your membership.

What we do not collect

The extension runs on your own server. Your products, orders, customers' personal data and your AliExpress credentials stay on your server and are not sent to us.

How we use data

To provide and secure your membership, bill you, send service messages, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.

Third parties

Payments are handled by a payment processor. Our website may use basic analytics. These providers process data under their own policies.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your account data by writing to support@getdropflow.com.
